Return & Refund Policy
At Delightful Nigerian Cuisine, all food is prepared fresh. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.
🚫 No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds
- We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any reason.
- No refunds for customer order errors or personal taste preferences.
- No refunds due to transit delays once food has shipped.
🚚 Delivery Responsibility
- Once food leaves our kitchen, we are not responsible for third-party delivery issues or missed deliveries.
- We do not replace items that are lost, stolen, or left unattended.
⏳ Cancellations
- Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
- Catering orders require 7 days’ notice or 24 hours before pickup for cancellation eligibility for a store credit.
- Approved cancellations are not refunded, but may be issued as store credit for future use.
🍽️ Food Safety
- All food should be consumed promptly upon pickup/delivery.
- Frozen food must be immediately stored in a freezer or refrigerator upon arrival.
- Frozen food must be properly reheated before consumption.
- We are not responsible for items improperly stored, reheated, or consumed after extended periods.
