At Delightful Nigerian Cuisine, we take pride in preparing high-quality, fresh food for our customers. Due to the perishable nature of food products, all sales are final. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
🚫 No Returns & No Refunds
- All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for any reason.
- No refunds for incorrect orders placed by the customer. Please double-check your order before confirming.
- No refunds or replacements for personal taste preferences. We prepare food according to our standard recipes, and variations in taste will not be grounds for a refund or exchange.
🚚 Customer Responsibility for Delivery
- Customers are fully responsible for receiving their food order. Once the food leaves our kitchen, we are not liable for delivery delays, damage, or any issues caused by third-party delivery services or customers failing to receive their order.
- No replacements will be provided if food is lost, stolen, or left unattended after delivery.
- If using a third-party delivery service (e.g., Uber Eats, DoorDash), customers must contact the service provider directly for delivery-related issues.
⏳ Cancellations
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, as we begin preparing it immediately.
- For large catering orders, cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance or 2 hours if the order is placed and to be received on the same day. Any cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
🍽️ Food Safety Disclaimer
- All food should be consumed immediately upon delivery. We are not responsible for food that is improperly stored, reheated, or consumed after the recommended time.
