Return & Refund Policy

At Delightful Nigerian Cuisine, all food is prepared fresh. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

🚫 No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds

  • We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any reason.
  • No refunds for customer order errors or personal taste preferences.
  • No refunds due to transit delays once food has shipped.

🚚 Delivery Responsibility

  • Once food leaves our kitchen, we are not responsible for third-party delivery issues or missed deliveries.
  • We do not replace items that are lost, stolen, or left unattended.

⏳ Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
  • Catering orders require 7 days’ notice or 24 hours before pickup for cancellation eligibility for a store credit.
  • Approved cancellations are not refunded, but may be issued as store credit for future use.

🍽️ Food Safety

  • All food should be consumed promptly upon pickup/delivery.
  • Frozen food must be immediately stored in a freezer or refrigerator upon arrival.
  • Frozen food must be properly reheated before consumption.
  • We are not responsible for items improperly stored, reheated, or consumed after extended periods.
